Bring natural light into your space with Sunview's AFTB24 Framed Skylight (newly upgraded for 2024). This fixed flat roof window is the perfect blend of functionality and modern design, making it an excellent choice for any skylight project on flat roofs.
The AFTB24 Framed Skylight is engineered for optimal thermal efficiency. Its anthracite grey (RAL 7016) powder-coated aluminum frame includes a thermal break, effectively minimizing heat transfer and reducing condensation.
The triple-glazed Low E glass is composed of two 16mm argon gas-filled warm edge spacers, a 6mm toughened outer pane with a self-cleaning coating, a 4mm toughened middle pane, and a 9.14mm toughened laminated inner pane for enhanced safety. This results in a glass unit thickness of 51.14mm and a glass U Value of 0.8 W/m²K.
Designed for ease of installation, the skylight is secured directly onto the builder's upstand using the provided self-drilling screws, accommodating upstand thicknesses from 50mm to 120mm, to suit various project needs.
Standard sizes are in stock and we aim to deliver within 2-4 working days. Please note that larger units, such as 1000mm x 3000mm, require additional manpower or equipment for unloading upon delivery.
