Korniche Roof Lanterns are made-to-order, meaning they are subject to our 'bespoke custom' Terms & Conditions. This means we cannot offer returns unless faulty or damaged on delivery. Before the order is confirmed, our team will liaise with yourself and Korniche to make sure the lantern is built to your needs and specification, but it is your ultimate responsibility provide exact information.
The number of glass panes for the lantern will differ depending on the size ordered. You will be sent a full 3D render before your order is confirmed. As a general rule, sizes up to 2.5m x 3m include 4 panes of glass and anything above will have 6 panes of glass.
